Did I miss a meeting?
How did Pittsburgh get ranked in the top 25?
I wish to take nothing away from Bowling Green. I generally will support a MAC team in any game against a BCS team, so I should be clear that I’m perfectly happy that the Falcons do get credit for knocking off a ‘ranked’ team for what its worth.
Bravo!
Now, I know Pitt knocked off West Virginia in a game that had epic consequences for the Mountaineers, so that had to figure into it, but weren’t they otherwise pretty bad last season?
Plus, Dave Wannstedt? Who’s still unaware that this guy is not a good football coach?
In fairness, I saw only a few minutes of this game. Maybe things were vastly different when I was not watching, but what I saw was a shambles of a team unprepared to try to move the ball quickly and consistently. Bowling Green did not appear to have lucked into their ten point lead. They actually seemed to be handling their business.
Goodbye Panthers!

Why do you think BG scheduled Pitt. Over rated program, falsely imagined as upward bound- and a sure WIN for BG

I guess that was somewhat smart scheduling on their part. I have only a little hope that Central will carry out a similar task next weekend in Athens.
